What happens if it rains?
The event will be held on Sunday, August 3rd.
Will there be food?
Yes! We’ll have a variety of options available, including UNTRUCK’d, Mezzanine Catering, Moe’s Italian Sandwiches, Joyful Cowgirl Bakery, Seacoast Bites, Butter Belly, Loco Coco’s Tacos, Ken Payette Caterer and Corner Point Brewing Company.
Will there be water?
Yes! There will be water bottle refill stations. We recommend bringing a water bottle from home.
Will there be alcohol?
There will be a 21+ only, outdoor beer garden located in front of Corner Point Brewing Company. No alcohol will be permitted outside of the beer garden’s designated area.
Can I bring my own food/drinks/alcohol?
You can absolutely bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, or you can purchase and enjoy a cold beer in the designated beer garden area.
Can I use a credit/debit card for beer/merch purchases?
Yes!
Are there activities for kids?
Yes! We will have the Raitt Farm Barrel Train giving free rides around the Square, a tethered hot air balloon ride from 6pm-8pm (with an adult), a silhouette artist, a Hi Striker, Dunk Tank, Speed Pitch tent, face painting, chalk to decorate the sidewalks and Town Hall steps, and other various activities at our Town Dept. tents. The variety acts are specifically geared toward our younger event attendees as well.
Where should I park?
The 71 Sullivan Street parking lot at Memorial Field, House of Hope parking Lot (enter on George Street), Wilson Street lot (at the corner of Wilson & Sullivan), and overflow parking is located at 25 Sweetser Street at Memorial Field. There will be 6 handicapped spaces at the Sullivan Street lot and on Eleanor’s Way that the Berwick PD will help you enter. Download the event maps.
Can I bring my dog?
Service animals are always welcome..
If you have a people/kid-friendly dog they are also welcome. Please no barkers. Dogs must be leashed and you must pick up after them.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes, there will be a porta potty (including an accessible porta potty) outside Town Hall.
Is this event accessible?
Mostly. There are paved sidewalks and Sullivan Street and Rochester Street will be closed off to traffic. The seating area is on the lawn of Town Hall.
How can I support this event?
We appreciate donations of any size to help us continue to make events like these better and better for our community! Cash donations will be welcome at the event, and we now accept donations online.
